Basic Math Questions

In this Basic Math Test, you will need to solve different types of math problems. Calculators are not permitted for this test. It is recommended you have some paper to work on. You will have to work quickly and accurately to perform well in this test. The questions are based on real situations you may encounter while working at Walgreens.

The total is calculated by adding the prices of products A and B and C: 

24.5 + 12.3 + 13.2 = $50.

Coupon Questions

In Coupon Questions, you are presented with coupons as you may encounter them while working at Walgreens. Subsequently, a question will be asked about this coupon. These questions can be a question about the expiry date or the validity of the coupons.

The answer to the example question above is A, April 22.

The coupon is valid from April 23 until April 27. The only day that doesn’t lie within this range is April 22

Pharmacy Technician Test

In a Pharmacy Technician Test, you will need to answer questions related to knowledge areas critical to the pharmacy technician practice. Calculators are not permitted for this test. It is recommended you have some paper to work on. You will have to work quickly and accurately to perform well in this test.

Customer Service Situational Judgement Test

In a Customer Service Situational Judgement Test, you get presented with some situations, related to situations you might encounter while working at Walgreens. Subsequently, a few reactions to this situation are given. Your task is to choose the reaction that seems the most appropriate to you.

The correct answer to the example question above is A, "Send the newsletter to all the customers a month before the launch of the product.

Explanation: 
This response focuses on your decision-making skills. All the customers should be informed about the launch of a new product and the information should be sent to them before the launch of a new product. Sending newsletters to all the customers may even create new potential customers. Therefore, option A is correct. Option B and Option C are ineffective because they will not help in increasing the customer base. Option D is ineffective because after the launch the customers might not take any interest because of delayed communication.
